Hazel & Co. started in 2018 with a simple idea: that breakfast should be an experience, not a rush. We partnered with local Bay of Plenty farmers, built our own spice blends, and found coffee roasters who care as much as we do.
Every dish on our menu tells a story — from the free-range eggs sourced 12km away to the house-baked sourdough that's been our signature since day one.
